Biography

Lauren Willis is the Human Resources Manager. She is a native of Berkeley County and a graduate of Hanahan High School. After high school, she attended the College of Charleston where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice. Prior to coming to the County in 2011, Lauren worked for a private company as their HR Coordinator and Office Manager for almost 10 years. Lauren has obtained her Professional in Human Resources certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, as well as the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional certification. She currently lives in Moncks Corner with her husband and two kids.
