The responsibilities of Berkeley County Human Resources Department include fair and equitable employee relations, MIAP services to those Berkeley County residents who qualify, communication, compensation, benefits, recruitment, staff planning, adherence to policies/guidelines and aligning HR practice with business strategy.

This program provides assistance in payment of hospital bills to our indigent citizens. We are located at 1003 Highway 52, Moncks Corner, SC 29461, Room 119. The NACo drug discount card program helps consumers save money on their prescription medications any time their prescriptions are not covered by insurance. The free cards are distributed in the sponsoring county and may be used at any participating retail pharmacy. The discount card is not insurance.
