Identify, analyze, and streamline the County’s core processes and procedures in order to operate efficiently and effectively.

Strategies

1. Review and align county government organizational structure.
2. Develop an implementation strategy for the facilities and space utilization study in conjunction with the Capital Improvement Program
3. Develop a realistic comprehensive "green" strategy plan for the County.
4. Identify and apply standards that move the County toward more efficient and consistent operations.
5. Encourage and solicit recommendations from employees regarding organizational and procedural improvements through on-site visitation, coaching, and feedback.
