Berkeley County Reassessment 2014

Real Property Services (Assessor) is reviewing all properties in Berkeley County for the 2014 Reassessment program. State laws require each County to Reassess every five years (South Carolina Code of Laws 12-43-217). We last reassessed in 2009.

To assure our records are accurate, appraisers from Berkeley County will be visiting all properties over the next twelve to fifteen months. The appraisers will be wearing a County ID badge with photo and driving a County car with a County seal. The appraiser may need to measure the exterior of your structure/s and take photos.
