Berkeley County Launches
Assault on Mosquitoes

In response to a large salt-marsh mosquito hatch-off, Berkeley County Mosquito Abatement will be spraying, by aircraft, in the southern portion of Berkeley County over Daniel Island, Thomas Island, areas adjacent to Clements Ferry Road, and the dredge disposal sites along Clouter Creek. The aerial application will be made on Monday, September 10th, between the hours of 6:30 and 11:00 a.m. and will resume in the early evening from 5:30 to 8:00 pm if necessary. If unfavorable weather conditions exist, the applications will be made on the next suitable day. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Berkeley County Mosquito Abatement at 719-4646.
