Cypress Gardens’
Breath of Spring
The Lowcountry at its Best
Cypress Gardens’ annual Breath of Spring Music Festival is back and promises to deliver talented local bands, beautiful blooming flowers and tons of springtime fun for the entire family.
Cypress Gardens’ Breath of Spring Music Festival
Saturday, March 24, 2012
10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
“Breath of Spring has always been one of our most popular events,” says Dwight Williams, Director of Cypress Gardens, “We hold it during the weekend when the gardens are expected to be at their most colorful point. Our hiking trails are especially gorgeous this time of the year.”
In addition to regular attractions, Breath of Spring includes food, arts and craft vendors, and music featuring a lineup of the area’s hottest bands. In fact, there’s a little something for every musical taste:
Breath of Spring Music Lineup
Malandro Soul - High energy Latin soul
The Music Cats - Jazz & Swing
The Blackwater Kings - Blackwater rock and roll
High Spirits - High energy gospel at its best
The V-Tones - Ragtime jugband
The Charleston Hot Shots - Ukulele band with a twist
Kirby Easler - Up-and-coming 18 year old fingerstyle guitar player
The event is expected to sell out, so be sure to come early. Call 843-553-0515 or visit www.cypressgardens.info for more information.
