Fee Schedule

• Zoning Ordinance - $30
• Subdivision Regulations - $10
• Comprehensive Plan - $35
• 2005 Review & Update - $10.00
• Board of Zoning Appeals Request - $100
• Planning Commission Rezoning Request - $250
• Plat Approval (see application for applicable fees)
• Zoning Verification Letters - $5.00 per lot/Tax Map Number

Planning Review Fee

• 1 & 2 lots $25.00
• 3-10 lots $25.00 plus $10.00 per lot
• 11-25 lots $50.00 plus $10.00 per lot and $10.00 per acre
• 26-100 lots $200.00 plus $10.00 per lot and $10.00 per acre
• 101+ lots $500.00 plus $10.00 per lot and $10.00 per acre

All revisions to a preliminary plan by the applicant requiring an additional Preliminary Plan Review Committee approval will be subject to a one time fee of 25% of the original fee required.

Engineering Review Fee

• 1-10 lots $150
• 11-50 lots $150 plus $15 per lot
• over 50 lots $900 plus $5 per lot for each lot over the first 50
